I started these pages MONTHS ago but only finished it last night.
Page one here, YES it's a massive info dump. Some stuff happens on page 2 and 3 which happen DEEP into the story and I didn't think would make any sense if I just put it out there, COLD. So this page is just to set up some explanation of dimensional weirdness.
The rules of an alternate universe blending with the rules of our universe, in small bubbles.

The "Dimensional Bubble" bit reminds me of the tabletop rpg series Torg, where Earth was invaded by alternate realities what formed zones where their reality overwrote ours. This seems to me to be a lighter-toned (and sexier) take on that. Neat idea.

You are right, the bubbles are sort of a scaled back version of what you describe in Torg. They might only get as large as half of a city block, at most. and are usually more like the size of a house or a small building. And they aren't permanent. Some are benign and harmless, but others could pose a threat to innocent bystanders, so the characters will have to "pop" those bubbles (now i just have to figure out HOW they pop them, haha)
