The Legend of Zelda is an amazing series of Video games. Link is one of the best known heroes in video games. Never forget that he is the Hero of Time. Top notch attention to detail and colors. He is so small in the illustration, but he is still the focal point.

The Legend of Zelda: Link's Awakening - Game Boy (1993)
This game does a lot of ambitious things considering it is the first Zelda game on a handheld console. The music is beautiful and memorable. I personally think that the dungeons are more unique than the ones in ALTTP and even the story and interaction between characters are deeper. It is a very nice game.
I've never played the original version on Gameboy, I played the DX version on Gameboy Color and the remake on Switch.
