NOTE: Toa Oranga is nearly organic having organic Kanohi masks and it's Organic armor which is waterproof. They had their canine-like teeth and can give birth to their young in it's birthpod and needed to be grown into teenager while submerging in water. Males can breathe air while the females can breathe both air and water.
Even the males can't breathe in water like humans.
