The ingredients are there...
Just poorly done execution to be honest. The idea is sound, the way you have laid it all out is great. It's just one of those situations where you see something and you get dissapointed because you can see the greatness just ready to burst, yet it's flopping.
The one way white line hatching along the background of the solid logo seems to take away a little bit, I think a nice metal blending or shine would have been much better here. Also I would have to agree with Lilselena's comment, those are not bullet holes. They are too inconsistant in size to be such. What I see here is a more metal melting/scorching effect here, where one side is being heated and melted that the round circles show escaped air bubbles. At the same time though with those bubbles you should try to be consistant with them, some appear to be designed with tonal degration while others have a flower like pattern to them. Try swapping over to the tonal degration much like that middle bubble and you'll notice the difference.
I really hope to see this reworked and redone, this is a nice piece of work with all the building blocks in place and ready for front page.
thanks i'll try
Those are bullet holes?
Not to be mean or anything, but a month in the making? Something tells me that's soo untrue. Your picture is really small, and to be working an entire month on something this small; it just doesn't make any sence to me. btw I noticed your bullet holes are popping up from the other site. Wouldn't it make more sence to do this the other way around? I certainly would, these look like bumps to me.
As for the artwork, I think it's okay, it's definately not terrible. And as for these bullet holes, there's just too much of them; machine gun perhaps? This could make a pretty cool logo for you, perhaps a banner if you stretched it out a bit. I'm not trying to be mean by any means in this review. I just think I should give you some helpful tips. Anyways, you did a good job, far better then the edit of statue of liberty (which was horrible). Good work.
thanks for the feedback, and for the time
i didn't continue to make this art for hours or so, im always busy with school work.
