I rarely use photoshop and that should change so I made this as I was experimenting with brush settings. It was an experiment in brushes so I didn't bother to fix things like the head's placement on the body or compose a proper background. Even so, the background this drawing has is still a good statement about the character itself.
Depicted is the Dispatcher from my yet to be released newgrounds animation.
