I really like your thin lines, cloth draping, and the way you drew the details on this character! :D
But your colour choices are pretty drab and lack contrast, making everything a bit murky... Color choices are a very subjective thing, having drab colours is not a bad thing per se, but I do think you should pursue higher contrast in value, brightness, specially if you keep using desaturated colours. :O
