Kaijune 2023 - Day 9: Sunken

Bio:

A deep sea cleaner, the Phriwrek is far more docile than the first encounter implied. It seems that these Kaiju live at the bottom of the ocean, consuming the oil and other various detritus from ships and using some sort of mucus adhesive to stick the ships to their bodies. Though not totally known yet, it's thought that this is a mating behavior, the ships acting as a representation of their fitness, as one of the tagged Phriwrek was seen with two different ships on their back at two different times.

Though possibly beneficial to the environment by destroying underwater oil bombs and consuming the oil afterward, it's not known for how long these kaiju have existed, worries of Phriwrek being the legendary krakens of old that have simply gotten bigger as ships have gotten bigger.
