Day 3! Somewhat of a sequel to my day 1 drawing, this is the adult female.
Bio:
Migrarches are adult females of the previously discussed Migetus species. Once reaching adulthood, the males (Migrata) will stay at sea, while females migrate back to land. Once every decade or so, they'll meet up at shorelines to breed. The males will present the female presents of food, which if the female accepts, will eat shortly after copulation. The male will then meet with her at various times during her 5-year hibernation period to keep her well-fed while she produces eggs stored in green sacs under her armor. Once ready, she will migrate back to her mountain of birth, and deposit her eggs, which may take anywhere from 5 to 6 years to hatch.
