Kaijune 2022 - Day 29 - Prompt: Spirit

This one also doesn't make sense unless you read the lore lol. I guess I default to mechs if I don't know how to do the prompt.

Bio:

An experimental unit, the M3X-01 Phoenix (Mark 3 Experimental - Unit 1) is a modified Mark 3 mech made to house the brain of a nearly deceased pilot. Azare Amural was one of the most successful pilots of both the Mark 2 and Mark 3 programs, but in a fight with Magaborte, was fatally wounded. The Kaiju Defense Corp managed to keep his brain stable, and were able to hook up her neurons to different circuits in the Phoenix, his brain kept alive by being immersed and sort of amniotic fluid.

The M3X Phoenix, though still clunky, seems to move much more fluidly than most other pilots, though it's currently unknown if they can feel pain. The Phoenix has also been outfitted with experimental crystal missiles, as pilot contamination is no longer a worry for the Phoenix.
