This character is made to be an dangerous encounter in my webcomic, The Immortals. I forgot to mention this on Twitter but his armor is not metal, it's pykrete. Now, onto the things I have said about him on Twitter: his ability is to shoot/secrete liquid nitrogen from his skin, this power was given to him by Ultimate's mutation program (in other words he's a mutant, along with most of the other villians of this comic).
