Beautifully done!! The sun raising in across the horizon just looks so amazing. The way the girl looks at the viewer and reaches out for the viewer reminds me of times when I felt like I was hopelessly falling away and how I had wished that someone would reach out and save me. I commend you for making something that is not only visually pleasing, but can make the viewer feel a personally connection!

hey thanks for the feedback! if you listen to the song that inspired me, there's a key part that really gets me emotional lol, and this piece came out of that feeling. Glad it struck you the same way!

This just may be one of your best pictures yet! The coloring of the sun is great as is the cloud detail on the Earth below. The boy (or girl. I can't really tell) is falling to toward the Earth and appears to be melting or disintegrating, shown on the hand, knee, shorts, and hair. Something else I noticed was that the character looks like they are reaching out toward us, to grab a hold of us perhaps? The art piece is well-drawn with a cool theme invoking wonder, reflection, and fear at the same time. Great work!

That's a fairly perfect read of what i was going for! The girl is supposed to be reaching for you to stop her fall. If you listen to the song (its a bit different, but stick through it :P) that inspired it, it kind of has a strange sadness to it that stuck with me.

Thanks for this!
