not good , face positioning not done well , not enough hair around and dull eyes with no impact (which can even be made with a simple pencil drawing) , looks more like a man/lion . you need to improve your point of view when drawing and imagine in more detail , although i can happily say that i realy like how the hair turned out to be , although it does need more tone.
