"Drawing in the air, the witch turns the land into a painting."

When I originally drew this, I actually intended for Drawcia to be The High Priestess, but the more I thought about it, the more she seemed to represent The Empress instead. A painting of a witch that comes to life and is fueled by creative desires to turn the world into her canvas seems to fall in line with The Empress's ideals of beauty, creative expression, and femininity. The background in particular I remember being fun to draw, as I really kind of just got to go nuts with the colors.
