gotta love the classic work of westwood, the interesting part about their vehicles is they used the voxel system to be realisticly 3D.
this reminded me of that since i used to edit TS.
Just decided to make a high-def version of the Hover MLRS and started to look for some references (MLRS and Hovercraft in general) and stumbled upon your work!
As the guy before said, it's really low-poly, but KUDOS on the texture!
I'm okay with modeling, but I don't even know where to start when it comes to texturing, so I admire your work in that aspect!
Right now I'm at the Hammerfest Base mission, being raped by the artillery and the Obelisk (NOTE: do NOT take the radar centre with the engineer).
Anyway man, hope your 3D skills are improving, for mine have just started :)!
As I said man, great to see this, joy-tears coming down my cheeks :')!
i doesn't have many polygons but it indeed has nice textures.
that and the fact that the model is my favorite unit from the Tiberian sun I'm giving this model a 8.
to bad they had the tendency to fall in the water whenever a ion storm was raging...
Or EMP. But damn that's a fine game!
It looks horribly low poly, but very well textured. Constructive criticism: It looks a bit odd that it's missing the same rockets from both of the launchers. I'd recommend using a more complete texture in the future. Also, there seems to be an out of place blur on the front of the cockpit.
Well, yeah, it's lowpoly. First I modeled the plane, and then rotated the faces to right shape, like when you bend the paper when making these print-cut-glue thingys. And I'm not much of a texturer, so I just used the same in the print-cut-glue -paper. The blur&rockets go with the same excuse. Thanks for the 9 though =)
I see this has a good Warfare Taste to it, So I make it a 10.
C&C: TS has some good warfare =D
