Karol Eugene, a character I've had brewing in my head for a while. Not as obnoxious as I originally envisioned her to be, but trying to make a deliberately cluttered design is actually pretty difficult, who knew? This was most people's first sight of her and I was surprised to get such a positive reaction. I'll definitely be working on her more.
