These are so good. When are you gonna make new ones? :)
uuh I'm not an artist and I really only draw to kill time but let me talk like I know what I'm talking about.
Make her hair look more like hair, work on symmetry and proportion, shading isn't really that important if you want your drawing style to be like MLP since the deepest they go into shading is like circles underneath people, I don't feel like realism is important but if you do than definitely work on where you place body parts and shit.
uuh, sorry I suck.
For a beginning drawing it's a good start, especially since you drew it from memory without using a picture for reference.
Your next drawing of her would be 20% cooler if it used some colored pencils, since she's called "Rainbow" Dash, not "Monochrome" Dash.
I bought colored pencils today, but I just wanna get better at the actual drawing before i start coloring. Thanks!
Looking on google and comparing your work to the character. I'd say the hooves need more of a solid shape(perhaps thickening the lines where the hooves meet the floor) and the wings need to be bigger and more expressive. And the tail is too thick. Congratulation on your first Submission! tread carefully and carry a big gun.
This is actually pretty alright for a beginner.
But it could use more shading here and there so it wouldn't look flat, also the hair needs some work since it's shaded differently on the head and tail, and the eye on the left could use less shading, or lighter colors, and the size of it is also bigger than the eye to the right.
Good luck bro, looking forward to seeing more of your stuff.
Thanks dude! Yeah, when I was drawing it I REALLY didn't like the back eye and was iffy about the tail. With time, I'll nail it down. It's all trial and error!
Also, what do you mean by the hair shaded differently on the head and tail? PM me please. ;3
