Hey! To start this decade right, we believe Newgrounds should be ad-free for EVERYONE. For this to work, we need people who have the means to become paying supporters. For just $3 per month or $25 for the year, you can help this happen and get some nice perks!

For the month of February we have disabled ads on all E-M content. We need 224 people to reach our goal of 3,100 active supporters. If we hit that, we'll continue with a new goal in March!

Please check out our Supporter Upgrade and consider coming aboard!

DOOM - RIP AND TEAR

Edit July 2019: Switched to the new 2019 edited version that fixes some things and adds more effects.

Made this last year as a follow up to the previous DOOMGIRL piece I did the year before! I'm not as happy with this one as I was the old one though because this wasn't as focused and intimate. I was aiming at making it more like the DOOM cover art but the execution wasn't very good haha. Had fun working on it though!

Had this blaring in the background while working on the piece: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QHRuTYtSbJQ

I love her facial expression. It's a mix of "Die, all of you" and "Now how in goodness name did i get into this mess".

"A...Doomgal? Think of the help...of the counterattacking carnage! THINK OF A GIRL OF DOOM! WHERE THE FUCK HAS SHE BEEN ALL MY HELLISH LIFE!!!???" ~Doomguy

This. is. a. god. damn. masterpiece.

Everything I said about the "Doomgirl" illustration you made applies to this image as well. I love it!
