basically this is what barron looks like when he doesnt have the pumpkin on his head. what basically happened to him was that he got that scar in his eye because he was attacked in his own home by a criminal and he had his eye scratched. since then he ran away from town because he didnt want people to see his face because of his past experience with bullies (yes he was bullied canonically, might get into that another time) and has lived in the pumpkin patch ever since. thats why he has a pumpkin on his head. blake was the only person that knew the story for a while but since then the story is told every october. barron does not want people to see his scar, but he lets close friends see it
