2P version of M Bison

A commision, I was supposed to make an Admiral with an 'Incredibles' vibe, not sure how close I got, since that style isnt really me.
The smaller grey version is the original concept drawing, (not a ghost)
The black and white version looks like a black guy and the colored version looks like a white guy.
He looks more like a re-colour of M.Bison than an admiral, and that's not necessarily a bad thing.
Damn it how did I know someone was going to say Bison?
Ah well either way pretty good for a comission. Keep it up
I was gonna say M. Bison!
