Looks good

I can see why this is a popular character. He's actually one of the few characters introduced completely on Newgrounds that I've seen in the MUGEN game. I guess it just helps that he has great mobility. What I didn't like about this was that it didn't have a background. Granted, it's still nice to see a sketch that actually has the colors filled in. It was also cool to have those extra sketchy parts on the side of the picture.

I'm not sure why this is called "A_R". I thought this character's name was Alloy. Anyway, it's interesting to see what new things lie ahead for a popular character that you created (I think you did at least). You could have been more detailed with the battle mode and showed the rest of his body. Unless of course, battle mode just looks like that so obviously you wouldn't need to draw the rest of his body.

Alloy's 2.0 looks really kick-ass

The old one, not really that good, but this 2.0 version, is quite fucking legendary. I'm glad you didn't just leave this character in the dump and actually gave him a second chance with a more metallic, hardcore look. You've done well, you are credit to team!

Alloy is back, and looking even better!

Wouldn't his back legs have wheels?
Since he can transform into a motorcycle.
Or maybe they fold in when he's in human form.

I would love to see the specs of how he transforms and such. I know it's not really logical or anatomically correct as most transformer toys but It would be cool to see how you can illustrate the sequence like you did with the Tank Transformer.

I'm glad Alloy isn't forgotten. Was he your "first" Robot persona in a sense?

MindChamber responds:

thanks, and yah, I would say Alloy is definitely my first, real robotic creation, something Simply didnt just draw, but added depth and story to, which to this point no one has really seen, but hopefully that will be changing.
