Another character from Odd Aesthetic, this one in particular is known as "Quiver"

She's a Chief of Police for the ECPD (Epika City Police Department) who is as ruthless to her co-workers as she is the criminals she catches. She's always assigned to cases involving the big supernatural threats, such as her current target throughout season 2, Io Rømar, a dangerously fast speedster and member of Odd Aesthetic.

As you can probably tell, she's blind in both eyes, but she can use echolocation so it's fine I guess. But on the upside, she too has speed abilities, though she can only run up to speeds of about 400 mph, unlike Io's near light speed. This also contributes to her ruthless personality as she's constantly needing to expel her pent-up energy, usually in the form of anger.

Her main weapon of choice is her baton because, as she puts it, "I might as well be hitting them with a bullet at this speed".
