This Ragata, short for Ragarata, the Creature who wanders the universes searching for unlimited power by devouring the hearts of planets (in human form).

The silver bond on his neck is the seal that keeps him bound in this form. Long story short, he must regain his power by first defeating those that sealed him, gathering powerful abilities, travelling to the center of the Earth and challenging the great Guardian who defends the planet's heart. He's the protoganist of a game in which that all takes place! ^_^
