Tower Of Decaying Power

As wacky as the building looks it is based on a real life one. It is from the Administrative Palace of my hometown. A landmark of the city being built in the 80's, in the middle of communism.
I wanted to do a drawing out of this because I love the very geometrical and angular shapes of the building. I decided to do a simplified version of the tower using 3 colours from the cga palette that was used for old computers during the same decade as the building was built.
