Ok I've been busying draw this piece and I kinda used crappy paper to draw so sorry the messed up there. Still my OC Maxer with more "perfections"

The hands are not parts of the curse. They're his gloves " the chain claws" because he can use it to drag enemies in or throw himself into them and cut them off with his magical sword.

Some abilities he has:
Chain claws: throws his claws to his enemies and pull them in or throw himself in
Ice trick: blink in or out of fights and leaves behind an ice illusion that breaks on hit and shatters into sharp shards
Torture chamber: Create a small void and throw a victim in with his sword and brings out pieces (of the victim)
Mythic flame: burst himself into a white flame that freezes enemies and burn them while healing himself and allies

Bio: Maxer Derek only known as an ex-steath scout in the military. He been said he caused a slaughter back in his home country Vietnam (but then the government claimed that he "self-defended"). Now he lurking around in Las Vegas assassinating criminals, mafia and any other outlaws. No one know what his purposes is. Some say he has a gift from the gods that he keep on delivering justice. Others say he signed a deal with demon because they saw him flying with a pair of dragon wings. Some rumors like he cheated death and escaped hell or he's a fallen god. No one know for sure who he is up to now

So If anyone minds read this is fine by me
