Standard character models. Not professional but not shit, either. Off course, plenty of improvements could be made all around, but Maya/etc. is a bitch to use. Better than the crap one I made. Keep at it. The characters look a bit generic, but also capable of being good stereotypes, so do work on that animation.
I used 3DS Max to make these models. I've had a heck of a time tiptoeing through the program to get something done. I'm sure next time I'll have a better understanding of this and make something more high class.
