Groudon Pin-Up

Share

Original Post, August 2016

"That's two words I don't think anyone would naturally put together, but fug it, Groudon's the shit. Blew my 12 year old mind when I saw all the promos. Didn't think; "I'm gonna put tits on it" fourteen years ago... granted I was putting tits on things, poorly drawn pin-ups fo shiz, getting all adolescent up in shit.

But enough dwelling on the past, mainly did this as Pokemon Go lit a fire in my loi- heart (until they broke it), for some serious nostalgia for the Pokemon series. Sun and Moon looking decent, redesigned originals looking bitchin' and the "new" ones are butt ugly, but enough for me to eye off pre-owned 3DS's. For me Ruby, Sapphire and Emerald were the series high before its decent into Pearl, Diamond and etc, as the designs were cool and I had a close knit buncha buddies that loved that shit. Seriously fuckin' flip top Gameboy Advances with the switch-on backlight was a revolutionary godsend.

But mostly this was also inspired by wanting to do monster girls (more incoming relating to the fictional universe I'm building, thanks for your votes) and throw the book that I have on anatomy out the window and have some mindless self indulgence. So if it looks a bit extreme, don't think about it too hard because I most certainly didn't, also consider that Groudon weighs 950kg (2,094 lbs for silly countries), so it's me thematically appropriate.

That's some serious death by snu-snu though... "
