This is Fer Rouge, a robot of seemingly unknown origin found by a diner owner in the early 40's. Despite being around for over 30 years to the present day of the canon, little is known about her. However, her sleek style and upbeat attitude made her an inspiration for the style of the Space Age. Now that even the 70's are halfway through, her style is slowly becoming a remnant of the past. Her body is still more advanced that most of the modern world, but she'll sit on the sidelines while the dancing bear and mouse animatronics take all the attention.
after reading up on the lore, we can assume the Manhattan project had a sister tagged along with it, but it took too much funding, secrecy and rivets from the Manhattan project, so it was shut down, after the war, servicemen coming back from the horrors of war would need a major morale booster, Fer Rouge was one of a kind, built in the desperation of war, now discarded in an alleyway somewhere in an American diner, she roared back to life via unknown forces, thrust into a world much different than the one she was made for.
