UPDATE:
Whoa... Frontpaged.. Thankyou so much! Thanks NG'ers , that really means a lot :)
And thanks for the votes and support..

Puffer Mine Fish
Scientific name - (Tetraodontidae Kaboom Boom)
If you see this creature nearby, steer clear of it! The Puffer Mine Fish chills out casually around coastal regions and can cause quite a bit of damage if poked or beep-booped. Feeding the Puffer Mine Fish any Mexican themed food is not recommended.
This is not considered steampunk as much as many would speculate.

Technique - My Illustrative works are produced freehand with a ballpoint pen, then rendered over with inkwash and a mix of watercolour and gouache. There is no pre pencil drafting that takes place but rather all the details evolve from just a few pen details. As its all pen it's permanent and with that it adds a degree of challenge and excitement with the idea that every mark made has to count and any mistakes must simply become part of the evolution of the design.

Can we see him explode?!

Neat creative work, very cool!

Can't get enough of your steampunk drawings. You should consider creating a world for them and get them out of the realm of concept!

Marcomatic responds:

Concept?! Dear lorde, Ser! This is going into an Exhibition! But stay tuned! There's a game in the making!

I find this frightening an enjoyable. It has great robotic features and textures!

Marcomatic responds:

Yes. Thanks. Nick.

This one is great, I like the little details like his tuxedo. And you did a good job on the rusty look as well.

I only feel like the spike between his face and fin is pointing incorrectly, I think it would have been better if it was foreshortened.

Aside from that, good job!

Marcomatic responds:

Cheers! Some of the spikes bend in different ways and even fall off! The one near his face has been bent.
