second one here is way better, the lines and color are a lot smoother and it looks like you legitimately drew her meanwhile the 1st one the lines look kinda...idk, stiff? jagged? im not sure how exactly to explain it, and it looks like you tried to take 'creative liberties' with some parts of her like tryin to make her hips look much thicker which is just a downgrade since its a change thats more like you werent tryin to draw her so much as draw those hips with her name attached.

meanwhile i would say things you did better in the 1st one here would be the hands look much better, the shirt looks more natural...if that makes sense, moving the hand to the side a bit so the breast was actually showing is much better though imo at least a good portion of the nipple should be showing if not all, and i think parts of the eyes were better mainly how the dark and light parts are done so i think something with the smooth lines and color from the 2nds eyes combined with the strong contrast created by the dark and light parts of the 1sts eyes would be perfect...if that makes sense.
