This one was the piece that I found that turned me on to your work. My favorite thing overall is color palette. Perhaps my love of purple and black combination has skewed my view of the quality of this piece, but I don't believe so.

Starting from the bottom and working my way up... the bottom is probably the least amount of detail. A little heavy on the shadow when looked at individually, but when looking at the center attention of the picture right down the middle the shadow has this wonderful balancing effect so this isn't really a problem in my opinion.

I can almost feel the dirty gritty texture of the skin on the hand in face. Same opinion on the shadow of the weapon, it lacks in detail on the bottom, but when looked at as part of the whole it really does have a nice balancing effect.

The face and head region are extremely detailed. I love the glow of the eyes and the use of purples and reds. The shadow on the "hat" region is extremely well done and the background couldn't have been better color choices.

Overall, an extremely good piece. I'm happy to have found your work so I can check it out in the future. I'll also try to review a piece every now when I have time.
