your animation has improved greatly from you clip back in January!
my 2 major criticisms would be:
1 you need to try and stay on model as much as possible... your job as a 2d animator is explicitly to draw characters on model.
(her arms are changing length and width unless she is made of rubber this is impossible.)
2 while not impossible it would be rather uncomfortable and thus unnatural for her head to maintain its position like that.. id recommend having it sway with the inertia of the hips to really sell the weight of her action.
overall i like the rate at which your improving!
