Digital Painting 001 - A New Beginning

Hey guys! I've been saying for a while now I was going to start digital art. Well my new wacom intuos medium came in this morning, I have sketchbook pro 7, and I have already started to get the hang of it.

I am so excited to get better with it, and hopefully do this for the rest of my life!

thanks for looking and as always I am open to tips and advise.

I personally can't give much advice since I am an absolute noob in the digital art department(or any art department for that matter), but you could try giving the grass a little more texture, less squiggly lines and more thin sharp lines.

Cool thanks, I was just getting used to the tablet and the software, trying to get the hang of it before I started trying to make finished pieces.
