Ickybod Clay wants to see The Blob since he was busy with Luigi and Zinger to find the Satan family members and reached the "Happily Ever After" Potion, he prepares to find The Blob so they can return home but he too falls asleep which caused him transformed into the Beauty Princess along with The Blob is become the Handsome Prince and Zinger become the Human-Wasp Hybrid.

In TWODD, Ammo Baron is used to falling in love with Princess Ickybod Clay when he changed his looks to Handsome prince but now, He gets rejected due to getting heartbroken. Reveal that Bugs Bunny didn't give Princess Ickybod Clay the Love Potion to make Ammo Baron is falling in love with her.

Ammo Baron is characterized as arrogant, vain, and spoiled when Remilia Scarlet is a doting parent, as well as shallow about his appearance. He later deceives Princess Ickybod Clay into believing that he is Prince Blob, having been turned Beautiful Prince by a "Happily Ever After" potion. Ammo Baron's heartless attitude shows through the disguise and Princess Ickybod Clay realizes the truth, knocking him unconscious with a headbutt. At the end of the TWODD when Final Boss is gone, Ammo Baron got forcefully arrested by Koopa Troopas.

When the clock strikes midnight, The Blob and Ickybod Clay are back into their normal forms and Zinger also returns to normal.
