Working out the Ammu sisters and decided to do a before and after pic. We see Ariza, the eldest sister, getting her first bottle of Bavazon milk on her 18th birthday and then a couple of years later. Bavazon is a fermented milk drink Ammu (cowgirls) drink as a right of passage on their 18th birthday. Is it what leads to their post 18th birthday growth spurts? No one knows.
