Ringo Luckyfoot is a Harengon born in the feywild, he has found himself outside of it a while ago and started wondering what to him is a new world, he loves making people smile and laugh, a very joyful and happy go lucky guy who like playing all sorts of instruments. 

One day while exploring a desert region, he found something buried in the sands, it was an Udu, interested in the new instrument he started playing around with it and soon found out it housed a genie which ended up making a pact with him. 

Mechanically he is a bard with one level in warlock pact of the genie, in this case a djinni which is why he also has wind aspects to his design ! I also wanted to make his "genie's vessel" and his musical instrument spell focus the same object, since the Udu fills both criteria technically, but I guess it would depend on the DM hah.
