This a request for LinkHellos234 for his character doing a wedding proposal at the park with the sailor scouts but I decided to keep them separate and creative, the first one on the top is and nostalgic park that I made up and the other one is a Japanese festival add a Japanese park and shout out goes to LinkHellos234 for the idea and request and a big thank for allowing permission to draw his characters.
