Static shot of one of my favorite parts of the stage!
A quick shot of the inside of the temple, the only spot that these cobra statues appear!
As part of the Godot Wild Jam #45, a few friends and I created a game called "First Person Shoveler", a first person (duh!) exploration game with some light, integrated math "puzzles". Level design layout and all the environment art assets were created by me, so I figured I'd render a few shots out!
Overall, the tight timing of the game jam really pushed me to the limit on this, but I'm pretty proud with how it all turned out. Obviously, a quick turnaround for assets was needed, so I kept everything low poly and used baked materials primarily.
Feel free to check out the game here if you're interested! Please keep in mind that these renders were created in blender, so the HTML5 version of "First Person Shoveler" will look a bit different. If you're having any issues with the game, please try downloading it!
I'm hoping to clean up the game a little and get it up on Newgrounds at some point, so stay tuned for that, too!
