The Darkness Before Dawn: Borealis [Teaser]

0: Borealis

16" x 20" acrylic on canvas

Happy Madness Day!

Thought I'd pop in with a lil' teaser poster of what's to come.. in the form of an acrylic painting!

'The Darkness Before Dawn' is an upcoming mini-series focusing on the many of the events across the globe that took place prior to Dawn of the Madness. The first episode, now simply known as 'Borealis' will begin development within a few months, and possibly in conjunction with Night of the Living Madness, which I kinda lowkey announced on my 30k Youtube subscriber-special-palooza. I don't have any guaranteed dates or timelines for the progress of these animations quite yet, as I'm still wrapping up some other projects, so stay tuned for updates!

I finished this painting somewhat quickly- in about three or four days, which was extremely refreshing considering it's taken me months to get artwork out. It was pretty fun, though I may have gone a bit overboard with the colors and lighting. Oh well, aurora borealis- amirite?
