Ahoi!
I managed to make this just in time for Pixel Day. I had a few other ideas, but then this one came to me and I impulsively hopped right on it. It's been a while since I've created a portrait or painting featuring Sorgen the Reaper, a character I created back in 2011. This originally wasn't going to be animated, but I decided to just "try it" and ended up spending quite some time trying to figure out how in the hell to animate in Photoshop CS6. I used the "Hope-11" color palette by the way. Here are a few alternate versions:
