In a far off, fucked up alternate universe, Cartoon Network picked up Gerard Way's pilot "The Breakfast Monkey" and he made a cartoon about a monkey who makes breakfast I guess instead of starting My Chemical Romance.

Breakfast Monkey didn't get picked up because it was too similar to Aqua Teen. I guess they didn't want to have too many food shows. Gerard said they were too into selling merch which is funny.
