Very good all around. The only suggestion I have is in placement. While spidy is a commonly know entity, your take is a little busy. That's not a bad thing at all, but paired with half the screen being the busy ground rushing by you lose the finer details. I'd try putting him somewhere more static to begin with to emphasize those small details. Think about the covers actual spider-man comics do. Spidy is front and center and is clearly recognizable not just by his costume elements but his silhouette. Check out the stances they give him, he can be contorted all sort of ways but his torso usually stands out clearly.
