while your model is rather nice (im not sure about your typology.)
your material leaves alot to be desired.
Hair is typical rather translucent due to the fact it is merely a collection of smaller strands. ... meaning some light should pass through the object making the shadow of the hair rather subtle depending on the clump size.
ideally as the hair tapers off to the end so should its shadows opacity.
(on the note of hair it is rather odd that avian has hair that seems to be that of a mammalian.... wouldn't it be better design wise to have it be feather fluff rather the strands of hair? idk just spit balling.)
the beak should also have some reflective where it doesn't see much wear... I.E on the top of the Beak. and the part where it likely has alot of wear from chewing food. should be far less reflective and more rough with the Diffuse.
secondly your textures are practically non existent or are too simple for this model.
Textures are everything in CG work... they can make or break your materials.
currently the whole piece comes off as a plastic figurine rather then a living being.
Her body doesn't look like it has feathers on it.. it looks like Blubber. her beak should have some very subtle scratches in it.
and her hair braid could use fabric texture.
all in all its allright. good job!
