I looked through some of your art it seems obvious you have improved a lot. This one is pretty good but I've noticed that you mostly focus on upper body and draw it in the same position. You should try to draw from different perspectives, draw different facial expressions, different postions, etc so that you can really explore more and improve as an artist overall.
