That guy was so freaking weird and creepy. I used to watch that show as a kid and man... He and "The Red Guy" from Cow and Chicken were both a bit strange and eerie. As an adult I look back on some of those cartoon network TV shows for the kids and think... "what the hell were they thinking??" "how in the hell did this get aired and pass through the censors??" Ah, such is the bliss and ignorance of the 90's...

Sometimes I think some episodes of the shows were not for kids at all. As for me, cartoons like Cow and Chicken, I am Weasel, Courage The Cowardly Dog etc. were rather for teenagers and adults. But hey, it's a cartoon, it must be for kids! And now older people ask what's wrong with our generation ;)
