Tiera Vulpes = Kobalt Steel

Made this design of Tiera, modeled after her sprites in Operation Dynamite. I tried my best to recapture the look of Tiera when making the sprites, but some things had to be sacrificed to make things easier to program and animate and to just look good as a sprite; this meant short hair and black shoes. I changed her loafers to boots, to make her look cooler, also.

Probably won't use this design, but I just wanted to see what Operation Dynamite Tiera would look like as a pic!
