Charles Sullivan = Kobalt Steel

First pic in the OC-Tober series, which will be a month-long series dedicated to my OCs, and the prompt is from CrysCries on Twitter; here's the prompt, along with this pic (https://twitter.com/KobaltSteel/status/1314184160987226112). The pic shows Charles Sullivan, who I consider my OC in my current universe of characters... I did have characters prior to then, but most-all of them have been discontinued (like Simon Preston and Wilbur Cox), although perhaps I could revive them one day.

Charles, originally named JUST Charlie and then Charlie Stevenson, was created for a halloween ghost story written in Fifth Grade (that I never got to share because the teacher forgot), alongside Elizabeth Nickerdotter and a discontinued character named Brian; back then, they were all blank slates with no discernable features, aside from Brian being some giant dude (he had gigantism) who was scared. Since then, Charles and Elizabeth went through radical evolutions that expanded their characters, though Charles went through A LOT of changes, based on my tastes and interests at the time. I feel like I nailed the character down now, so don't expect many changes to this character's design... I think this is the one! :)
