awwww yeah we like it.

did you end up fixing the head? it looks better in this piece, but that just might be my mind playing tricks or something

dig the shading in this piece.

Kinsei responds:

No, I didn't make any adjustments, probably should have though.
So your mind must have been playing tricks indeed.

I'm actually pretty pleased that so many caught the flatness of the head. It means I started to notice it myself.
I should have spent more time of the entire face.

And yeah, I liked the shading too.

I feel that this is a rather strong piece of yours.
There's a strong sense of proportionality and shading in the image. You've also been able to properly retain female characteristics in the face, which some of you've had trouble with in some of your previous pieces.
The shading is consistent, and the hair flows well.

Very nice, it looks like you did the whole thing with a #2.

Kinsei responds:

Actually I used a 2H, 2B, and 4B.
But yeah, all pencil

Pretty good.

I don't have much to say about this piece.

It's all good but the face, this is the kind of face that scares me (lol). The shading in this is completely amazing, if this is was a shading contest, this piece would win. Good job.

Overall, Simple but amazing.

Excellent pencil technique and shading. Proportions are good. I enjoy the wind blowing concept.
