The coloured lineart works really well on the face, you could try experimenting with various shades depending on different objects. (For example giving the lineart a blue tint around her collar)
Overall it's a great study into digital painting ^_^ the shading has a good layer of depth and the colours are nice and vibrant. The only thing I'd watch out for is the hair highlights, it might help to give them more shape/form next time around.
I have this problem with hair, when I get to a point were I have to paint the hair, i'd be like... Oh shit, what do I do now?
Yeah, I've lost it around that line art bit... I wanted to make the outlines on her clothes the same color, but in a darker shade.
I'm still a 16 year old hobbyist, you know? XD
