Interesting character design.......

Like I said I like the design and I am rating you on your concept and not your skills. You have a great start here and looks like a fun character that could be developed further. The character does look like he has coolness to his stride and a sense of his own style.

One of the things I have learned as training as a concept artist in character creation is to keep coming up with different variations based on the same idea you started with. On this thread over at Conceptart http://www.conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?p=1603840&posted=1#post1603840 shows some of my concept sketches and what I do to improve what I do.

You asked about help for the name, well I am not going to suggest a name however I will advise you the best I can to guide you to one. The character looks like a Sonic the Hedgehog character, hope I am guessing correctly, and has a rather street punk or homeboy feel to him so that might be a good place to start. Also try thinking about what kind of character he is, how does he talk, walk, fight and so on. Once you start imagining this it should lead you to a good name. Trust your instincts, if you have no doubt then go with it.

You show some talent and aptitude for drawing as well as showing an active imagination. Talent is not enough though and if art calls to you then you need to train your skills.
