cool

This looks familiar!! <3

I'd like you to know that we are quite impressed!
The overcast sky has done little to dull the beauty of the water and the flowers. I like how the water becomes brighter and bluer in the pool.

Kaolinn responds:

Does it now ;) yes, I had some of your wishes in mind, mainly to keep the colours a bit more natural and realistic than my usual pastels. The overcast mood is probably the most neutral colour-wise and a good starting point.
Glad you two approve <3 Thank you!

Gorgeous imagery! The serene setting is so inviting - just wish I could live there!

I love the greenery here: the mosses and wildflowers juxtapose nicely to the rock formations and provide a fantastic contrast between soft and hard elements. Great use of value, too: love the use of the bright sky and water, it effortlessly weaves the eye through the painting. :)

Keep up the lovely work! 5/5

Kaolinn responds:

Hey! Thank you so much for taking time and writing all that to me, it literally made my week :) I'm especially happy because you pointed out everything that I actually tried to pay attention to :) Thank you, thank you.
